About me

“If you want a village, you have to be a villager.”

That idea has shaped almost every part of my life. Whether it's my Gaelic football team, my hometown Irish-American club, book club, or spending time with family and friends, I've always believed that great communities are built by people who consistently show up for one another.

It's also how I approach my career. I love building systems and solving complex problems, but what motivates me most is helping teams succeed. I naturally gravitate toward connecting people, improving processes, and finding ways to make everyone around me more effective.

Sports have been a constant throughout my life. I grew up playing competitive hockey before discovering rowing in high school, eventually earning a spot on Brown University's women's crew team. Serving as captain during my senior year taught me as much about leadership as it did about competition. Outside of athletics, I was also a member of the Brown University Chorus, which gave me another outlet for something I've always loved: music. I graduated in 2020 with degrees in Business and English before moving to New York City to begin my career.

Today, community continues to be at the center of my life. I serve as Secretary of the Manhattan Gaels GAA Club, play on the ladies Gaelic football team, sing with my band and at Irish cultural events, and have completed five marathons, raising more than $13,000 for the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration in honor of my dad. Whether at work or outside of it, I care deeply about leaving the people and communities I'm part of stronger than I found them.
